Penzion v Orlických horách

Abstract

V předmětu mé diplomové práce řeším zpracování dokumentace novostavby penzionu v Orlických horách. Jedná se o volně stojící podsklepený objekt se třemi nadzemními podlažími ve svažitém terénu. Penzion je zastřešený sedlovou střechou. V 1NP je navržena restaurace a provozní část. V 2NP a 3NP se nachází dvoulůžkové a třílůžkové pokoje. Celkem je tedy objekt dimenzován pro 35 lůžek. Po dokončení stavby bude okolí uvedeno do původního stavu a bude obnovena vegetace zatravnění a výsadbou nových stromů. Přístup do objektu je z jižní strany pro veřejnost a severní pro personál. Pro pohyb osob se sníženou schopností pohybu a orientace jsou zpevněné plochy před objektem řešeny bezbarierově.The thesis subject deals with processing of documentation of new boarding house in the Eagle Mountains. The boarding house is free-standing building with a cellar and aboveground three floors situated in sloping terrain. The boarding house is covered by gabled roof. A restaurant with background is projected in the first floor. In the second and the third floor double and triple rooms are situated. Total number of beds comes to thirty five. After finishing the house construction, the area will be put into original state, vegetation will be restored and new trees are going to be planted out. The access to building is from the south for the public and from the north for the staff. For movement of handicapped people with reduced movement ability the paved areas are designed and placed in front of the object.
