Specifika pasivních domů

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je pochopení a prohloubení znalostí problematiky nízkoenergetických a pasivních domů. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním charakteristických vlastností nízkoenergetických a pasivních domů. V praktické části proběhne analýza a porovnání třech reálných objektů, z nichž jeden bude pasivní rodinný dům. Celková analýza pak bude rozšířena i o zhodnocení chování majitelů jednotlivých objektů.The aim of this work is to extend understanding and knowledge of the problems of low-energy and passive houses. The theoretical part is focused on defining the characteristics of low-energy and passive houses. In practical part I analyze and compare three real houses. One of them is the passive house. This analysis is extended of assessment of the residents behavior.
