Uplatnění procesního řízení u podnikatelského subjektu

Abstract

Cílem této práce je vytvoření konceptu zvyšujícího úspěšnost firmy při telefonickém oslovení a následujícím prodejním rozhovoru. Popsat vybraný podnikatelský subjekt – finanční společnost a jeho působení na trhu. V práci je obsažena definice akcií a obligací, historie pojištění. Popis světových krizí a připravovaná důchodová reforma. V závěru této práce pak uvedu vlastní názor na následný trend investování v České republice.Purpose of this session is to create concept improving fruitfulness of the company based on telephonic addressing and following marketable conversation. Describe chosen entrepreneurial subject – financial company, and its function on market. In this session is definition of funds and obligation, history of insurance. Describe character of World mistress and incoming retired reform. At the end of this session will be my opinion about following trend of investment in Czech Republic.
