Financování stavební zakázky z pohledu dodavatele

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je financování stavební zakázky z pohledu dodavatele. V této práci budou vysvětleny pojmy týkající se stavebnictví, zakázek a jejich financování. Bude zde uveden konkrétní příklad reálné zakázky, její realizace, náležitosti Smlouvy o dílo a financování této zakázky. Cílem této bakalářské práce je definovat a navrhnout možné změny ve způsobu financování stavební zakázky z pohledu dodavatele.The theme of the thesis is financing of a construction order by supplier. In this thesis will be explained concepts concerning of building industry, odrers and their financing. There will be stated the concrete example of real order, their implementation, essentials of the Contract and financing of this order. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to define and suggest all possible changes in the way of financing the construction order by supplier.
