Návrh způsobu financování vlastního bydlení

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi financování bydlení v České republice. Teoretická část popisuje základní druhy financování bydlení, a to hypoteční úvěry a úvěry poskytované stavební spořitelnou. Analytická část je zaměřena na porovnání úvěrových produktů konkrétních bank a stavebních spořitelen. Poslední část obsahuje modelové situace, které popisují různé alternativy financování bydlení. V této části jsou popsány výhody a nevýhody těchto možností a jednotlivé kroky potřebné k jejich realizaci.This essay analyses possibilities of housing financing in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes basic types of housing financing, to be specific mortgages and credits given by the building savings bank. The analytical part is aimed to compare credits of specific banks and building saving banks. The last part contains model situations, which describe different options of housing financing. There are described advantages and disadvantages of these options and individual procedures, which are necessary for their realization.
