Polyfunkční objekt Kroměříž

Abstract

Diplomová práce „Polyfunkční objekt v Kroměříži“ zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci novostavby polyfunkčního domu. Objekt je navržen jako čtyřpodlažní samostatně stojící budova s plochou střechou. V prvním podlaží se vyskytují komerční prostory, konkrétně kavárna, realitní kancelář a obchod. Dále jsou zde sklepní prostory patřící k bytům. V dalších dvou podlažích se nachází celkem 14 bytů. Ve čtvrtém podlaží je navržen jeden luxusní byt s rozsáhlou terasou. Objekt je navržen ze systému Heluz a je založen na základových pasech. Stropní konstrukci tvoří železobetonová deska.This master´s thesis „Multipurpose building in Kromeriz“ is in a stage of project documentation of new multi-function building. The builing is designed as detached building with four stories and a flat roof. There are commercial areas – caffe, reality office and clothes store – in the first story. Then there are cellar for flats. There are situated 14 flats in two stories . There is designed a luxury flat with a huge taxace in the fourth story. The building is projected in a system of Heluz company and it is based on the wall footings. A construction of ceilling is made by steel concrete slab
