Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením výkonnosti podniku DACHSER Czech Republic a.s. prostřednictvím metody benchmarkingu. V první části jsou vymezena teoretická východiska, která slouží jako podklad pro zbývající části práce. V další části je analýza současného stavu, na kterou navazuje kapitola zaměřená na benchmarking společnosti s vybranými konkurenty. Poslední část se zabývá návrhy ke zlepšení stávající situace podniku.
The thesis deals with the evaluation of the performance of DACHSER Czech Republic a.s. through the benchmarking method. In the first part, the theoretical background is defined, which serves as a basis for the remaining parts of the thesis. The next part is an analysis of the current situation, followed by a chapter focused on benchmarking of the company with selected competitors. The last part deals with suggestions for improving the current situation of the company.

Studentka ve své prezentaci seznámila komisi s cíli, řešením a výsledky, ke kterým v závěrečné práci dospěla. Komise se poté seznámila s posudky a hodnocením vedoucího práce a oponenta. Otázky v posudku vedoucího nebyly položeny, otázky z posudku oponenta zodpověděla v plném rozsahu.
Otázky členů komise:
1. Ing. Pavel Mráček, Ph.D. - Jak je na tom kokurence z pohledu využívání moderních technologií? - zodpovězeno; Ve vámi analyzované společnosti jsou využívány? - zodpovězeno
Na základě přednesené prezentace a odpovědí na otázky položené v diskusi komise rozhodla, že studentka práci obhájila.
