Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce byl návrh bydlení pro seniory v Brně na náměstí Míru. Jedná se o parcelu přiléhající k náměstí. Navrhovaný objekt se skládá ze tří budov uspořádaných do tvaru písmene U. Svým vzhledem navazují na okolní zástavbu. Fasáda nejvyššího podlaží je zbarvená do cihlové barvy, tak, jako střechy okolních budov. Stejnou barvou je zvýrazněna vertikála na budově, která tvoří pomyslná „záda“ náměstí. Fasáda tak reaguje na věž kostela sv. Augustina, který stojí na protilehlé straně náměstí. V parteru objektu jsou pronajímatelné prostory, přístupné přímo z náměstí či ulice. Do budovy přiléhající k náměstí jsou umístěny zejména pokoje pro seniory, kteří potřebují v běžném životě částečnou pomoc. Dále se v budově nachází sál, kde mohou pro obyvatele probíhat různé akce, také je zde kaple, prostory pro administrativu a pečovatele. Zbylé dvě budovy taktéž reagují svojí výškou na okolní prostředí. Stavba v ulici Lerchova dosahuje stejné výšky jako protilehlá církevní škola a objekt v ulici Údolní se terasovitě snižuje stejně jako ulice sama. Obě budovy disponují byty pro seniory, kteří jsou schopní se o sebe postarat sami. V parteru budov se nachází cvičební sál, jídelna, sloužící pouze obyvatelům a zaměstnancům objektu a dílny, kde se mohou pro seniory konat různé workshopy s tématem vyrábění. Všechny tyto prostory jsou přístupné z vnitřní promenády, která propojuje všechny tři budovy, jinak fungující samostatně. Uprostřed bloku vzniká soukromé atrium, které je od ruchu z přilehlých ulic, odstíněno budovami domova pro seniory. V podzemním podlaží se nachází sklady, sklepy a garáže. Je tak docíleno navýšení kapacity parkovacích míst v dané lokalitě.The assignment of the bachelor thesis was the design of housing for the elderly in Brno on náměstí Míru. It is a plot of land adjacent to the square. The proposed building consists of three buildings arranged in an U-shape. The facade of the top floor is coloured in brick, as are the roofs of the surrounding buildings. The same colour is used to highlight the vertical on the building, which form the imaginary 'back' of the square. The facade thus responds to the tower of St Augustine's Church, which stands on the opposite side of the square. The ground floor of the building has rentable spaces, accessible directly from the square or the street. The building adjacent to the square features mainly rooms for the elderly who need partial assistance in everyday life. There is also a room where various events can be held for the residents, a chapel, administrative and caregiver's rooms. The other two buildings also respond in height to their surroundings. The building in Lerchova Street reaches the same height as the Christian school opposite, and the building in Údolní Street terraces downwards in the same way as the street itself. Both buildings have apartments for the elderly who are able to care for themselves. On the ground floor of the buildings there is an exercise hall, a canteen serving only the residents and staff of the building and workshops where various workshops with a crafting theme can be held for the elderly. All of these spaces are accessible from an internal promenade that connects all three buildings, which otherwise function separately. A private atrium is created in the middle of the block, shielded from the bustle of the adjacent streets by the buildings of the retirement home. The underground level houses storage, cellars and garages. This increases the parking capacity in the area.
