Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou požadavků na informační systém technické podpory společnosti vyvíjející software s důrazem na zlepšení procesů uvnitř organizace. Hlavními funkcemi systému jsou sběr informací o pracích prováděných zaměstnanci firmy a možnost generování statistik. Systém však umožňuje implementaci rozšíření, která pomohou integrovat další funkce, přímo nesouvisející s původním posláním systému, či definici dalších uživatelských rolí, které budou mít přístup k různým částem systému.This master's thesis deals with the analysis of the requirements placed on the technical support information system which should be used in the software developing company, lying emphasis on the improvement of the processes inside an organization. The basic functions of this system are the collecting of information about all kinds of work which the company employees concentrate on and the possibility of statistics generating. Moreover, it is also possible to implement further extensions to the system which will not only enable other functions that are not related to the primary goal of the system to be integrated; but also to define new user roles for which various limited parts of the system will be accessible.
