Abstract

This paper deals with the measurement for determining the boundaries of sudden change speed. The introduction briefly describes the current status of this issue in forensic engineering. Methods of measurements is based on the hypothesis that today still valid definition half the prescribed braking rate for determining the sudden change speed is no longer sufficient. The author favors the second definitions is half the maximum achievable deceleration adhesively. To confirm this assumption, made a set of measurements with respondents who assigning subjective evaluation of various driving maneuvers.Tento příspěvek se zabývá měřením pro stanovení hranice náhle změny rychlosti. V úvodu je stručně popsán současný stav této problematiky v soudně–inženýrské praxi. Metodika provedených měření se opírá o hypotézu, že dnes stále platná definice poloviny předepsaného brzdného zpomalení pro stanovení náhle změny rychlosti je již nedostačující. Autor se přiklání k druhé definic tj. k polovině maximálního adhezně dosažitelného zpomalení. Pro potvrzení tohoto předpokladu byla provedena série měření s respondenty, kteří přiřazovali subjektivní hodnocení jednotlivým jízdním manévrům.
