Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu rodinného domu s garáží ve Vodňanech. Je to zděná stavba se dvěma nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. Střecha je pultová. Svislé nosné i nenosné konstrukce jsou navrženy z keramických cihel Heluz. Objekt je situován na rovinném terénu. Zastavěná plocha domu je 210,62 m2.
The objective of this thesis is to draw up the design documentation for the construction of a single-family house with a garage in Vodňany. It is a brick building with two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The roof is a shed. The vertical load-bearing structure, as well as the non-structural construction, is designed of Heluz ceramic bricks. The house is situated on the flat terrain. The total construction area is 210,62 m2.
