Problematika vhodného způsobu využití brownfields v Brně

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou opětovného využití brownfields. Práce je členěna do pěti kapitol. Teoretická východiska, definice a kategorizace brownfields jsou nastíněny v první kapitole. Druhá kapitola pojednává o negativních důsledcích, které brownfields svojí přítomností způsobují. Třetí kapitola nahlíží na obecné přístupy k řešení dané problematiky. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje situace brownfields ve městě Brně. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na analýzu a možná řešení konkrétního brownfield na území města Brna.This thesis focuses on the issues of regeneration brownfields. The work is devided into five chapters. Theory, definition and clasification of brownfields is the subject of the first chapter. The second chapter discusses the negative consequences associated with the occurrence of brownfields. The third chapter looks at general approaches to solving this issue. The fourth chapter pays attention to situation of brownfields in Brno. The last chapter focuses on the analysis and possible solutions to specific brownfield site in the city of Brno.
