Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rodinného domu s kavárnou v Březí u Mikulova. Jedná se o částečně podsklepený třípodlažní dům. Objekt má atypický tvar a je zastřešen dvěma pultovými střechami. V objektu se nachází provozovna a dvě bytové jednotky.
This thesis describes the design of the family house with cafe in Březí near Mikulov. This is three - storey house with partial basement. The building has an atypical shape and is covered by a two roof rack. The facility is a business and two residential units.
