Abstract
The aim of the project is to create a modern public space that sensitively enters the whole territory and at the same time brings new, timeless infrastructure for living, working and leisure. The study will focus mainly on the creation of new housing with additional functions and the design of a waterfront in a location that is attractive due to good transport connections and the presence of the river. The primary aim of the project is to significantly contribute to solving the shortage of residential housing in Brno. By providing a diverse range of housing options, from affordable apartments to family homes, the project seeks to accommodate the growing population and reduce the pressure on the existing housing market.
