Návrh podnikového finančního plánu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaobírá návrhem finančního plánu společnosti Profibaustoffe CZ, s.r.o. První část závěrečné práce definuje cíle, metody a postupy, které budou v rámci diplomové práce použity. V druhé části jsou obsažena teoretická východiska, jež jsou nezbytnou součástí pro sestrojení analýz a finančního plánu. Navazující třetí část se věnuje představení vybrané společnosti, strategické a finanční analýze za uplynulé období pěti let. Finální část závěrečné práce obsahuje navržený finanční plán pro období 2020-2023 a to jak pro optimistickou i pesimistickou variantu včetně závěrečného zhodnocení.Master’s thesis is concentrated on the draft of a financial plan for a corporate Profibaustoffe CZ, s.r.o. The first part of final thesis defines objectives, methods and procedures, that are used within the Master’s thesis. In the second part is included theoretical knowledge, which are crucial for creation of analysis and financial plan. Subsequent third part is dedicated to the introduction of chosen company, strategic and financial analysis for the past five years. The final part of final thesis contains the draft of financial plan for years 2020-2023 both optimistic and pessimistic variants including final evaluation.
