Abstract

V bakalářské práci je řešena novostavba samostatně stojícího rodinného domu. Objekt je v obci Drnovice, parc. číslo 1750/3, okres Blansko. Rodinný dům je dvoupodlažní s částečným podsklepením. Rozměry v maximálním opsaném obrysu domu jsou 15,14x17,15m. Výška hřebene je 7,475m. Základové konstrukce jsou z prostého betonu C16/20. Podkladní betonová deska tloušťky 150mmn je vyztužena KARI sítí 100/100/6. Objekt je proveden ze systému Porotherm. Schodiště je železobetonové deskové. Střecha domu je pultová s plechovou krytinou.In the bachelor´s thesis is solved lately erected building freestanding house. The building will be located in the village Drnovice, parc. no 1750/3, Blansko district. The house has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outlone of the house are 15,14x17,15. Ridge height is 7,475m. The basis contruction are of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 100/100/6. The building is performed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof rack of the house is made of metal roofing.
