Jezdecký areál

Abstract

Predmetom projektu je novostavba jazdeckého areálu v katastrálnom území Kuřim, kraj Jihomoravský. Objekt je navrhnutý pre verejnosť. Budova má dve nadzemné podlažia. V objekte sa nachádza stajňa, jazdecká hala s príručnými skladmi, ktoré sú oddelené od verejnosti. Ďalšia časť je rozdelená na zázemie pre jazdcov, reštauráciu a ubytovanie. V 2. NP sa nachádza kaviareň, predajňa jazdeckých potrieb a kancelárie. Hala je riešená ako železobetónový skelet, ostatné časti z murovaného systému Porotherm. Strecha je šikmá. Obvodový plášť je riešený ako prevetrávaná fasáda.The aim of the project is a new construction of an equestrian center in the cadastral area Kuřim, South Moravian Region. It is designed for the public. The building has two aboveground floors. In the object there is stable, a riding hall with handy storages that are separate from the public. Another part is divided into facilities for riders, restaurant and accommodation. The second floor has a café, shop and offices. The hall is designed as a reinforced concrete frame, the other parts of the brick system Porotherm. The roof is pitched. The cladding is designed as a ventilated facade.
