Urban "Skiluaf technik" Kožichovice

Abstract

Cieľom návrhu je priniesť obyvateľom Kožichovíc priestor, ktorý podporuje komunitný život, stretávanie sa a spoločné trávenie času. Kultúrny dom v súčasnosti síce funguje, no často v nevyhovujúcich podmienkach, ktoré obmedzujú jeho využitie naplno. Návrh preto vychádza z potreby zlepšiť kvalitu prostredia a otvoriť areál novým možnostiam – od kultúrnych podujatí až po neformálne stretnutia a voľnočasové aktivity. Ambíciou bolo vytvoriť miesto, ktoré prirodzene pozýva ľudí, vytvára možnosti pre pohyb medzi exteriérom a interiérom, a zároveň rešpektuje pôvodný charakter priestoru. Dôležitou súčasťou návrhu je aj zapojenie záhrady do fungovania celého areálu, čím sa otvára nový potenciál pre využitie vonkajšieho prostredia počas celého roka.The aim of the proposal is to provide the residents of Kožichovice with a space that supports community life, social interaction, and shared activities. Although the cultural center is currently in use, it often operates under inadequate conditions that limit its full potential. The proposal therefore responds to the need to improve the quality of the environment and open up the area to new opportunities – from cultural events to informal gatherings and leisure activities. The ambition was to create a place that naturally invites people in, enables movement between the interior and exterior, and at the same time respects the original character of the space. An important part of the design is also the integration of the garden into the overall functioning of the site, which opens up new potential for outdoor use throughout the year.
