Obnova lázní Zábrdovice

Abstract

Předmětem mojí bakalářské práce byla novostavba krytého bazénu a obnova zimních lázní v městské části Brno-Zábrdovice. V tomto areálu se dále nachází letní koupaliště s umělým vlnobitím, budova šaten a hygienického zázemí a podzemní garáží pro 66 automobilů. Stavba krytého bazénu je funkčně rozdělena do tří částí. První část tvoří vstupní hala s recepcí a schodištěm vedoucí do restaurace ve druhém patře. Druhá část je využívána jako hygienické zázemí, kde se nachází šatny, toalety a sprchy. Třetí část tvoří samotná bazénová hala s plaveckým bazénem o délce 25 metrů, dětským bazénem, vířivkou, parou a zejména divokou řekou. Druhé patro dále poskytuje venkovní terasu se dvěma bazény a možnost využít občerstvení ve druhém patře. Stavba je dvoupodlažní se suterénem a plochou střechou. Tento objekt slouží jako veřejná stavba pro plavání a relaxaci s celkovou kapacitou 90 osob. Stavba je řešena s plně bezbariérovým přístupem.The subject of my bachelor thesis was newly built indoor pool and spa renewal of winter in the part of Brno- Zábrdovice. In this area there is also a summer swimming pool with artificial waves, building changing rooms and sanitary facilities, and underground parking for 66 cars. The construction of the indoor pool is functionally divided into three parts. The first part consists of an entrance hall with reception and staircase leading to the restaurant on the second floor. The second part is used as sanitary facilities , where are the changing rooms, toilets and showers. The third part is the actual pool hall with a swimming pool 25 meters long, a children's pool, jacuzzi, steam and especially wild river. The second floor also has an outdoor terrace with two pools and the opportunity to take advantage of refreshments in the second floor. The building has two floors with a basement and a flat roof. This object is used as a public building for swimming and relaxing with a total capacity of 90 people. The building is designed with full wheelchair accessible.
