Abstract

Předmětem projektu je novostavba rodinného domu s provozovnou hodinářství v katastrálním území obce Vyšehoří, okres Šumperk. Dům je samostatně stojící ve stávající zástavbě. Je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Objekt má tři podlaží. V suterénu je provozovna, která má charakter opravny a prodejny, garáž a technické zázemí. První nadzemní podlaží a podkroví bude využito pro bydlení. Střecha je šikmá sedlová. Z jedné strany má vikýř s pultovým zastřešením. Dům má předsazenou terasu s možností východu na terén. Stavební pozemek se nachází na jihozápadním svahu.The aim of the project is a new building of a detached house with watchmaker’s premises in the cadastral area Vyšehoří, district Šumperk. The house is a detached one in existing development. It is designed for a family of four. The building has three floors. In the basement, there are the premises which consist of a repair service, shop, garage and technical hinterland. First above-ground and the attic are going to be used as living area. There is an oblique ridge roof with a dormer, on one side, which is aisle-roofed. The house has an ante-terrace from which there is a possible access to the terrain. The building site is situated on a south-west slope.
