Abstract

Práce popisuje základní způsoby výroby energie a uvádí základní rozdělení a charakterizaci zdrojů energie. Srovnává a popisuje výrobu energie v České republice a Spojených státech amerických. Práce vysvětluje, kde a jak se vyrobená energie spotřebovává a představuje spotřebu energie v České republice a ve Spojených státech amerických a přináší srovnání obou zemí. Uvádí procentuální zastoupení spotřeby v jednotlivých odvětvích v daných zemích a rozdělení spotřebované energie dle využitého zdroje. Práce se dále zaměřuje na porovnání spotřeby domácnosti v České republice a ve Spojených státech amerických. Uvádí, kolik v průměru spotřebuje pražská a newyorská domácnost energie a pomocí průzkumu zjišťuje příčiny rozdílu v průměrné spotřebě domácností obou zemí.The thesis describes basic methods of producing energy and presents the basic division and characterize sources of energy. It compares and describes the production of energy in the Czech Republic and the United States of America. The thesis explains, where and how is this energy consumed and presents energy production and consumption in the Czech republic and in the United States of Amerika and provides a comparison of the two countries. Indicates the percentage of consumption in various sectors in these countries and the distribution of energy consumed by resource used. The thesis is also focused on the comparison of household consumption in the Czech Republic and the United States of America. It specifies the average household consumption of Prague and New York and investigates the causes of the difference in average household consumption of both countries.
