Vila Petra v Humpolci

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací vily Petra v Humpolci, určenou pro šestičlennou rodinu. Dům je situován na území kraje Vysočina v obci Humpolec, katastrální území Humpolec. Objekt je navržen jako zděná třípodlažní stavba, kde svislé a vodorovné konstrukce jsou navrženy z konstrukčního systému POROTHERM. Objekt je zastřešen pomocí tří plochých střešních plášťů v různých výškových úrovních, z nichž dva jsou pochozí a využívané jako terasy. Součástí objektu je i zastřešené parkovací stání pro dva osobní automobily typu 1a.This thesis deals with the design documentation of villas Petra in Humpolec, designed for a family of six. The house is situated in the region Vysočina in the village Humpolec, cadastral district Humpolec. The building is designed as a three-story brick building, where the vertical and horizontal constructions are designed from the structural system POROTHERM. The building is covered with three flat roof decks at different height levels, two of whom are flat roofs walkway and used as a terrace. Part of the building is also covered parking places for two cars type 1a.
