Dílenská zvedací zařízení pro manipulaci v opravárenství 200 kg / 2200 mm

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zvedacími zařízeními, která se využívají pro manipulaci s břemeny v dílenských a opravárenských provozech. V první části práce je provedena rešerše těchto zařízení. Druhá část se zabývá návrhem mobilního portálového jeřábu. Je proveden funkční výpočet navržené konstrukce, pevnostní kontroly hlavních částí, návrh použitých komponent, návrh konstrukce a vypracování výkresové dokumentace.The bachelor thesis deals with lifting devices that are used for handling loads in workshop and repair operations. In the first part of the thesis, the research of these devices is carried out. The second part deals with the design of the mobile gantry crane. The functional calculation of the designed structure, strength checks of the main parts, the design of the used components, the design of the construction and the drawing of the drawing documentation are performed.
