Abstract
Náplní této diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského záměru stavby wellness centra. V první části se zaměřím na teorii a strukturu podnikatelského záměru. Druhá část bude věnována analýze situace, ze které bude vycházet návrh konkrétního podnikatelského záměru, což bude hlavním výstupem práce.
This Master’s thesis deals with making a business plan for estabilishing a new wellness centre. In the first part I focus on a theory and structure of a business plan. The second part will be concerned with the analysis of the current situation. From this analysis the concrete business plan will be made as a main output of the thesis.
