Novostavba rodinného domu s ordinacemi zubních lékařů Bruntál

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší projekt rodinného domku s dvěma ordinacemi zubních lékařů. Objekt je umístěn na parcele číslo 194/2 a 194/3 ve městě Bruntál. Rodinný dům je přistavěn ke stávajícímu objektu. Při návrhu byl zohledněn požadavek na rohový dům. Stavba má dvě nadzemní podlaží a obytné podkroví, je určena jako dvojgenerační rodinný dům. První patro je navrženo pro ordinace zubařů. Druhé patro je navrženo pro starší generaci rodiny a podkroví pro mladší generaci s dětmi. Konstrukce objektu je ze systému Porotherm. Střecha respektuje požadavek na rohový dům. Část střechy je sedlové konstrukce a část mansardové. Veškeré vstupy do objektu jsou ze severní strany z ulice požárníků.The bachelor thesis deals with the project of a family house with two dentist’s offices. The building is situated on the parcel No. 194/2 and 194/3 in the town of Bruntál. The family house is built to the already existing object. The demand on the corner house was respected in the project. The building has two overhead floors and a living attic and is designed as a two-generation family house. The first floor is designed for the dentist’s offices. The second floor is designed for the old generation of a family and the attic for the young generation with children. The construction of the object belongs to the Porotherm system. The roof respects the demand on the corner house. A part of the roof is of a gabled construction and a part of an attic construction. All entrances into the object are oriented to the north from the Požárníků street.
