Návrh systému odměňování ve společnosti BGS Energy plus,a.s.

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je inovace stávajícího systému odměňování podporující výkon zaměstnanců, a tím i výkonnost celé organizace. Analyzovat současný stav v konkrétní společnosti a na jejím základě navrhnout možné změny ve stávajícím systému odměňování zaměstnanců. Práce je zpracována ve společnosti BGS Energy plus, a.s., která využívá tržních příležitostí v oblasti obnovitelných zdrojů energií.The aim of this thesis is upgrading the existing remuneration system that supports employee performance, and thus performance across the organization. Analyze the current situation in the particular company and on that basis to suggest possible changes in the existing system of employee compensation. The work is detailed in the company BGS Energy Plus, Inc., which makes use of market opportunities in renewable energy.
