Abstract
Článek popisuje nutnost a důvody k novému přístupu k územnímu plánování v ČR. Na příkladech místních i zahraničních poukáže na současný směr urbanismu, architektury a naznačí analýzu projektů a její následné zhodnocení z hledisek legislativy, financování a kvality.
The article describes the need and reasons for a new approach to urban planning in the country. The examples of local and foreign projects shows the current direction of urbanism, architecture and project analysis indicates a subsequent evaluation of the aspects of legislation, funding and quality.
