Standardizace postupu výměny nástrojů ve výrobním podniku pomocí metody SMED

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na standardizaci postupu výměny nástrojů ve výrobním podniku. První část se zabývá teoretickými poznatky souvisejícími s tématem práce. Následně je představena společnost a konkrétní pracoviště, na kterém výměna nástrojů probíhá. V rámci analytické části je provedena podrobná analýza současného stavu výměny, přičemž jsou jednotlivé činnosti rozděleny na interní, externí a ztrátové. Na základě zjištěných skutečností je navržen nový standardizovaný postup, který vede ke zkrácení doby výměny a zvýšení efektivity celého procesu. V závěru je návrh zhodnocen a doplněn o ekonomické zhodnocení přínosů.This bachelor thesis focuses on standardizing the tool change procedure in a manufacturing company. The first part deals with the theoretical knowledge related to the topic of the thesis. Subsequently, the company and the specific workplace where the tool change takes place are introduced. Within the analytical part, a detailed analysis of the current state of tool exchange is made, dividing the different activities into internal, external and loss-making. Based on the findings, a new standardised procedure is proposed to reduce the exchange time and increase the efficiency of the whole process. Finally, the proposal is evaluated and complemented by an economic evaluation of the benefits.
