Nadviazanie na mestskú štruktúru mesta Michalovce, historickú a zároveň súčasnú. Riešenie otázky parkovania v meste. Nová kultúrna inštitúcia v spojení s verejným priestorom. Doplnenie funkcií mesta, oživenie charakteru mestského parku a vytvorenie alternatívy mestského bývania.
