Revitalizace historického jádra Hostěradic

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je architektonická studie revitalizace historického jádra obce Hostěradice, konkrétně návrh obnovy objektu radnice a jejího bezprostředního okolí. Stávající objekt radnice prochází transformací – odstraněním nevhodných přístaveb a následným citlivým doplněním hmoty. Důraz je kladen na zachování historické hodnoty objektu a jeho doplnění o nové funkce, které zvýší jeho využití a přínos pro obec. Navržena je nová přístavba s komunikačním jádrem a hygienickým zázemím, která respektuje místní kontext a objekt radnice doplňuje funkčně i hmotově. Součástí návrhu je také novostavba, která uzavírá blok a určuje hranici řešeného území. Část prostoru za radnicí je určena pro veřejnost – jak k odpočinku, tak částečně pro parkování. Zadní část pozemku je určena pro bydlení a nabízí soukromý prostor pro obyvatele – zázemí, zeleň a místa k posezení. Hlavním cílem návrhu je vytvořit kvalitní veřejný prostor v centru obce, který bude důstojně reprezentovat obecní správu a zároveň bude otevřený obyvatelům i návštěvníkům.The subject of this diploma thesis is an architectural study focused on the revitalization of the historical core of the village of Hostěradice, specifically the restoration of the town hall building and its immediate surroundings. The existing town hall is undergoing a transformation – with the removal of unsuitable extensions and the sensitive addition of new volumes. Emphasis is placed on preserving the historical value of the building while complementing it with new functions that will enhance its use and benefit to the municipality. A new annex is proposed, incorporating a communication core and sanitary facilities, which respects the local context and complements the town hall both functionally and in massing. The design also includes a new building that completes the urban block and defines the boundary of the intervention area. Part of the space behind the town hall is designated for public use – both for relaxation and partially for parking. The rear part of the site is intended for housing and offers a private area for residents – facilities, greenery, and seating areas. The main goal of the design is to create a high-quality public space in the village center that will represent the local government with dignity while remaining open to both residents and visitors.
