Problematika katalogových domů

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je problematika katalogových domů. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou definovány jednotlivé termíny: rozpočty, ceny a náklady. Praktická část obsahuje projekt rodinného domu, který byl vypracován na základě podkladu studie z katalogového domu. Praktická část dále obsahuje položkový rozpočet domu. Výstupem práce je analýza problematiky katalogových domů, porovnaní ceny katalogového domu s cenou individuálního domu.The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the problems of a catalog houses. The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the various terms: budgets, prices and costs. There is a project of a family house that was worked-out of the basis of study from a catalog house. There is also a list budget. The output of the bachelor´s thesis is analysis of a problems of catalog houses, compare the prices of the catalog house with the price of an individual house.
