Ekonomické a finanční posouzení veřejného investičního projektu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je ekonomické a finanční posouzení veřejného investičního projektu. V teoretické části je popsán záměr veřejných investic, zdroje financování a jednotlivé fáze životního cyklu projektu. Jsou zde charakterizovány jednotlivé analýzy použité v praktické části práce, a také finanční a ekonomické zhodnocení projektu. Praktická část je zaměřena na ekonomickou a finanční efektivnost již realizovaného veřejného projektu jako příkladu uplatnění popsaných teoretických schopností v praxi.This bachelor thesis deals with an economical and financial appraisal of public investment project. The intention of public investments, financial sources and stage of the project life cycle are described in the theoretical part of the thesis. There are also characterized all the analyses used in the practical part as well as financial and economical evaluation of the project. Practical part is focused on economical and financial efficiency of already realized public project which should serve as an example of described theoretical abilities in practice.
