Novostavba domova pro seniory

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je novostavba domova pro seniory v obci Lavičky. Objekt je navržen na rovinatém terénu. Hlavní vstup je orientován na západ. Jedná se o objekt s jedním podzemním podlažím a třemi nadzemních podlažími. Budova je navržena z železobetonového skeletu s výplňovým zdivem Heluz. Suterénní obvodová stěna je z železobetonu. Objekt je zastřešen z jedné části sedlovou střechou a z druhé části plochou střechou, která slouží jako terasa. Celý objekt je navržen pro bezbariérové využití.The subject of the diploma thesis is a new-built home for the seniors in the village Lavicky. The building is designed on flat terrain. The main entrance is oriented to the west. It is a building with one basement and three floors. The building is designed of reinforced concrete frame with masonry infill from Heluz. Basement wall is made of reinforced concrete. The building is covered from one part of a gable roof and the second part of the flat roof that serves as a terrace. House is designed for desabled persons.
