Abstract
Téma bakalářské práce je Organizace projektu výstavby. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na přiblížení základních pojmů projektového řízení. Praktická část se zabývá organizací projektu výstavby, který je celý financován z vlastních zdrojů. Zaměřuje se na jednotlivé kroky v předinvestiční fázi projektu. Tato problematika je řešena na konkrétním reálném projektu, kde investorem je soukromá společnost. Jedná se o výstavbu nové haly.
The object of this thesis is construction project organization. The teoretical part of this thesis is conducted to explain basic concepts of project management. The practical part deals with project management of construction witch is financed from privit sources. It concentrates on individual steps in pre-investment phase of the project. The issue is solved on a real project where the privit company is an investor. It solves a construction of new hall.
