Specifika vedení a řízení spolupracovníků ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vedením a řízením spolupracovníků, interpersonální komunikací a vztahy mezi pracovníky ve stavební firmě. Tato témata jsou podrobně rozebrána v teoretické části, na kterou navazuje část empirická. V této části jsou stanoveny hypotézy, které byly prostřednictvím kvantitativního šetření formou dotazníků a řízených rozhovorů šetřeny a ověřovány. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na závěry a doporučení stanovených hypotéz.This bachelor thesis deals with leadership and management of co-workers, interpersonal communication and relationships among workers in a construction company. These topics are examined in detail in the theoretical part, followed by the empirical part. In this section there are hypotheses that have been investigated and verified through a quantitative survey using questionnaires and structured interviews. The last part focuses on the conclusions and recommendations of the hypotheses.
