Financování činností ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce “Financování činností ve stavebním podniku“ je zaměřena na možnosti, kterými lze financovat vybranou činnost podniku. S ohledem na specifika stavební výroby je z hlediska finanční stability klíčové zajištění provozního financování. V části teoretické je řešena majetková a finanční struktura podniku a stavební zakázka. Praktická část aplikuje poznatky teoretické do praxe. Nejdříve je popsána konkrétní zakázka vybraného podniku a následně její finanční analýza a celkový průběh toku financí.The bachelor thesis “ Financing construction company´s activities ” is focused on possibilities which can finance a selected activity of the company. Considering specifics Assuring operational funding is the key to financial stability considering the specifics of building industry. In the theoretical part is dealt with property and financial structure of the company and the construction contract. The practical part applies theoretical knowledge into practice. A specific commission of the selected company is described first and afterwards its financial analysis and overall progress of the flow of funding follows.
