Komparativní genomová analýza zástupců Gallibacterium spp

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparativní genomovou analýzou zástupců Gallibacterium spp s využitím bioinformatických nástrojů a pan-genomové analýzy. Jedná se o klíčový nástroj pro studium genetické variability a evolučních mechanismů opotunního patogena zvířat a lidí, který dosud nebyl rozsáhle prozkoumán. Teoretická část se věnuje seznámení se zkoumaným rodem bakterie s využitím metod pro komparativní genomovou analýzu. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na detekci virulence a rezistence v genomu, tvorbu fylogenetických stromů a pan-genomovou analýzu.The bachelor thesis deals with comparative genomic analysis of Gallibacterium spp. representatives using bioinformatic tools and pan-genomic analysis. It is a key tool for studying genetic variation and evolutionary mechanisms opportunistic pathogen of animals and humans, which has not been extensively investigated so far. The theoretical part is devoted to the introduction of the investigated bacterial genus using methods for comparative genomic analysis. In the practical part, the work focuses on virulence and resistance detection in the genome, phylogenetic tree construction and pan-genomic analysis.
