Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace k rodinnému domu. Jedná se o zděný dvoupodlažní objekt s částečným podsklepením, který je v rovinném terénu. Zastřešení nad 2.NP je navrženo z dvouplášťové střechy a nad částí garáže je navržena terasa s plochou střechou. Návrh objektu byl realizován pomocí zdícího systému KM Beta Sendwix M. Dispoziční řešení umožňuje komfortní bydlení pro 4-5 člennou rodinu.
The object of this work is the preparation of project documentation for the family house. This is a two-storey brick building with partial basement, which is in flat terrain. Roofing over 2.NP is constructed of double-shell roof over the garage and is designed with a flat roof terrace. The building is designed in the system KM Beta SENDWIX M. The proces layout allows a comfortable living for a family 4-5 members.
