Abstract

Diplomová práce s názvem Optimalizace procesů ve společnosti se zabývá nejdůležitějším firemním procesem – tvorbou software od jednání se zákazníky až po jeho předání. Součástí práce je analýza současného procesu, návrhy řešení zásadního problému a detailnější popis vybraného řešení včetně ekonomického zhodnocení. Při volbě návrhu řešení byl kladen důraz na to, aby byla splněna podmínka přijatelné nákladovosti a podmínka vstřícnosti vůči zákazníkům.This diploma‘s thesis named The optimization of company processes is engaged in the most impotant company process – the software creation starting with dealing with customers and ending with handover. The analysis of present process, the proposals of the solutions and the detailed description of chosen solution with economic evaluation are parts of this thesis. Along drafting the emphasis has been posed to fulfil the condition of acceptable costs and the condition of customer friendly solution.
