Vývoj stavební zakázky během její realizace

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem stavební zakázky během její realizace. Diplomová práce obsahuje potřebné teoretické vstupy, které jsou zaměřeny na vysvětlení pojmů stavební podnik, stavební zakázka a vývoj ve stavebnictví. Na základě teoretických vstupů bylo přistoupeno k případové studii, která se zabývá vývojem vybrané stavební zakázky během životní etapy - realizační. Případová studie obsahuje charakteristiku vybraného stavebního podniku, finanční analýzu, vývoj zpracování stavební zakázky a návrh opatření ke zlepšení procesu zpracování stavební zakázky.The Master´s thesis deals with the development of the construction order during its realization. This thesis contains the necessary theoretical inputs that are focused on explaining the concepts of construction company, construction order and progress in building industry. It is based on theoretical inputs that have been taken to a case study that deals with the development of selected construction order during its life stage - realization. Case study contains the characteristics of the selected construction company, financial analysis, development process of construction order and draft of the measures to improve the processing of construction order.
