Analýza firmy pomocí vybraných metod

Abstract

Smyslem bakalářské práce je analyzovat vybranou firmu za poslední tři účetní období na základě poskytnutých informací. Dále provedení rozboru výkazů, SWOT, SLEPTE a Porterovy analýzy. V bakalářské práci jsou jednotlivé analýzy vysvětleny, a následně jsou aplikovány do reálných podmínek vybrané firmy. V poslední části jsou rozpracovány návrhy na zlepšení současné situace ve společnosti.The purpose of the bachelor's thesis is to analyse a chosen company over the past three accounting periods on the basis of the provided information. The results will be in the form of analysis reports, SWOT, SLEPTE and Porter analysis. Each analysis will be fully explained and subsequently applied to the real conditions of the chosen company. In the last part of the thesis, particular suggestions for improving of the current situation in the company are worked out.
