Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro stavbu rodinného domu. Rodinný dům s garáží pro dva osobní automobily bude postaven v severní části obce Moravské Knínice a bude samostatně stojící. Jedná se o zděnou stavbu se dvěma nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. Střechy budou sedlové. Svislé nosné i nenosné konstrukce jsou navrženy z keramických cihel Heluz. Zastavěná plocha domu je 162,85 m2.
The objective of this thesis is to draw up the design documentation for the construction of a single-family house. The detached house will include a two-car garage and will be built in the northern part of the village Moravské Knínice, a brick building with two above-ground floors and one underground. The roof is a saddleback. The vertical load-bearing structure, as well as the non-structural construction, is designed of Heluz ceramic bricks. The total construction area is 162,85 m2.
