Hodnocení finanční situace podniku a návrhy na její zlepšení

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční situace společnosti Speleoart, s.r.o. v letech 2006 – 2010. Cílem práce je analýza současného stavu firmy a návrhy na zlepšení její situace. První část práce je věnována teoretickým poznatkům, kde budou vysvětleny základní pojmy a metody finanční analýzy. Ve druhé části budou detailně rozepsány informace o firmě, popis její situace, analýza vnějšího a vnitřního okolí a samotná finanční analýza. Z výsledků druhé části bude vycházet třetí část, kde bude navržena změna vedoucí ke zlepšení finanční situace podniku.This master’s thesis deals with evaluating the financial situation of a company Speleoart,s.r.o. between 2006 and 2010. The aim of the thesis is to analyze recent situation of the company and to bring suggestions to improve its situation. The first part of this work is dedicated to theoretical knowledge, where I will explain the basic terms and methods of financial analyzis. In the second part there will be a detailed information about the company, characterization of its situation, analyzis of the external and internal surroundings and the financial analyzis. The third part will be based on results from the second part and will include the suggested change, which should lead to the improvement of the financial situation of the company.
