Abstract
Tato práce si klade za cíl posoudit situaci vybrané organizace na základě SWOT analýzy, Porterovy analýzy, SLEPTE analýzy a Quicktestu za jisté kontrolované období. V diplomové práci budou nejdříve vysvětleny jednotlivé metody a následně budou použity do skutečných podmínek vybrané organizace.
This thesis aims to assess the situation of selected organization based on SWOT analysis, Porter's analysis, SLEPTE and Quicktest analysis controlled for some period. The thesis will first explain the different methods and then will be used in real conditions of the selected organization.
