Formy a zdroje financování bytové výstavby

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním bytové výstavby v České republice. Cílem práce je popsat jednotlivé zdroje a formy financování. V první části je popsán bytový fond, jeho stav, struktura a je porovnáván s bytovými fondy ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na konkrétní finanční zdroje, nástroje a jejich fungování. Především na hypoteční úvěr, projektové financování, bytové družstvo a státní podpory. Ve třetí části je řešeno využití konkrétních finančních zdrojů na modelovém příkladu výstavby bytového domu.The bachelor thesis deals with the financing of housing in the Czech Republic. The aim is to describe the various sources and forms of financing. The first section describes the housing fund, its status, structure, and is compared with housing funds in selected countries of the European Union. The second part focuses on specific sources, tools and their functioning. Especially on a mortgage loan, project finance, housing cooperatives and state aid housing. The third part is the use of specific financial sources on a model example of construction of a residential building.
