Abstract
Práce se zabývá urbanistickým návrhem části brněnské okružní třídy mezi ulicemi Kolištěm, Divadelní, Nádražní a Benešovou. Detailněji je potom pozornost zaměřena na návrh polyfunkčního městského domu v severní části území.
The main aim of the thesis is the urbanism of a part of Brno beltway between the streets Koliště, Divadelní, Nádražní and Benešova. Then it focuses mainly on design of the multi-functional building in the northern part of the area.
