Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení rodinného domu.Objekt se nachází na okraji obce Soběšice, městská část Brno-sever.Terén je mírně svažitý.Objekt je proveden zděnou technologii z keramických tvárnic Porotherm s dvěmi nadzemními podlažími a dvojgaráží.Dům je zastřešen plochou sřechou.
The object of this bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for building family house. The building is located on the outskirts of Sobesice, city district Brno-sever. The terrain is slightly sloping.The building is made of ceramic technology blocks Porotherm with two floors and garage. The house is covered with a flat roof.
