Novostavba rodinného domu s kadeřnictvím ve Svitavách

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby rodinného domu s kadeřnictvím na ulici Gorkého ve Svitavách. Rodinný dům je umístěn na rovinatém pozemku v zastavěné části na okraji města. Objekt je nepodsklepený s jedním nadzemním podlažím a s podkrovím. V prvním nadzemním podlaží je umístěna provozovna, garáž a vstup do obytné části, v podkroví je navržen byt 4+1. Stavba je zděná z konstrukčního systému Porotherm, střecha objektu je sedlová s vikýřem v obývacím pokoji. Obvodové stěny jsou navrženy s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Výkresy jsou zpracovány v programu ArchiCAD 14.The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the new family house with hairdresser´s in the Gorkého street in Svitavy. The house is located on flat land in the built-up area on the outskirts of the town. The building does not have a basement and has one floor and the attic. In the first floor there is a hairdresser´s, garage and entrance to the living area, in the attic there is designed four-room apartment. The building is made of constructional system Porotherm, the roof of the building is gabled with a dormer window in the living room. The facade is designed with an external thermal insulation composite system. Drawings are processed in ArchiCAD 14.
