Řízení nákladů v podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů a zhodnocení současného stavu řízení nákladů společnosti LITAS s. r. o. Teoretická část objasňuje problematiku nákladů a kalkulace. Vlastní práce zahrnuje představení společnosti, další část je věnována analýze nákladů a systému řízení nákladů ve společnosti. Na závěr je zhodnocena současná situace řízení nákladů, dále jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení nákladového řízení ve firmě.This diploma thesis is focused on the costs analysis and assessment of the current state of the cost management in company LITAS s.r.o. The theoretical part clarifies the issue of costs and calculation. The thesis itself involves the company profile; the other part is devoted to the cost analysis and the cost management system in the company. In conclusion, the current situation of the cost management is assessed, as well as some proposals and recommendations for the improvement of the company cost management are listed there.
