Analýza daňové evidence ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zpracování analýzy současného stavu firmy, ze které se pak vychází při tvorbě návrhů na zlepšení stávající situace firmy. V první části je vysvětlen teoretický úvod do problematiky, jsou zde definovány základní pojmy. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu stávající situace firmy. V závěrečné části jsou provedeny návrhy na zlepšení a je zde konkrétně navržen postup řešení pro přechod z daňové evidence na účetnictví z důvodu transformace firmy na společnost s ručením omezeným.This thesis deals with the analysis of the present state of the company. This analysis is used as basis for making proposals for improving the current situation of the company. The theoretical introduction and the basic concepts definitions are included in the first part of the thesis. The second part focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the company. Suggestions for improvements are presented in the final section. Specifically, the solution for the transition process from tax records keeping to the accounting is designed due to the transformation the firm to a limited company.
